Kadipur (Hindi: , Urdu: ) is a town and a nagar panchayat in Sultanpur district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Kadipur is located at 2610N 8223E / 26.17N 82.38E / 26.17; 82.38. It has an average elevation of 90metres (295feet).It is situated at the bank of Gomti River between two tourist destination BIJETHUA MAHAVIRAN(where kalinemi rakshas was killed by hindu god Hanuman) & DHOPAP(where God Ram took bath after vadh of rakshasraj Ravana while returning from Lanka on suggession of Guru Vasistha). City also comprises a big entertainment place named as "YAMUNA PALACE" which is made in respect of late SHREE YAMUNA PRASAD SINGH.The innaugration of palace was held on 28-dec-2004 by Mr. S. C. Sharma (district majistrate of sultanpur) in presence of Shree Shailendra Pratap Singh (M.L.C., sultanpur). As of 2001 India census, Kadipur had a population of 6795.
