Khunti is the headquarters of Khunti district in the Indian state of Jharkhand. Khunti is located at 230419N 851649E / 23.0718800N 85.2802120E / 23.0718800; 85.2802120 southern Jharkhand. Khunti is Entertainment Zone of State Capital Ranchi. The place draws its name from Maharani Kunti of the Mahbhrata fame.
