Kotdwara () (or Kotdwar) is a town and district headquarter in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Kotdwara is one of the district of Uttarakhand, situated at the border of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh, on the foothills of the Shivalik Range of Himalayan Mountains.
