Kukshi is a town and a nagar panchayat in Dhar district in the southwestern Madhya Pradesh state in central India. It is the administrative headquarters of Kukshi tehsil of the district. Kukshi is a part of the Nimar (Nemar) region of Madhya Pradesh. It is 350km from Bhopal and 170km from Indore. It lies west of the Narmada River valley and south of the Vindhyas.
