Orai(Hindi: ) is a city and a municipal board in Jalaun district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is the district headquarters for Jalaun District which is part of Jhansi division. Due to its proximity to industrial city Kanpur, this city has already seen a significant growth in industrial area.
