It is about 13km from industrial town Punalur. It covers a mountainous area of 248.32km and has a population of about 160,000 people. Geography: - 1.From Thiruvananthapuram: (Recommended route) Proceed to Kottarakkara via Kilimanoor through M.C road and then turn right and proceed to Kunnicode through NH 208.
