Pileru or Piler () is a town, Mandal and a Major panchayat and Legislative Assembly constituency in Chittoor district the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Pileru and its surroundings are famous for Agriculture...and it is located on junction of the National Highways (NH 18 and NH 205).

Town got the name as Pileru because of the river (Pilla Eru- small water stream in English). Pileru passes through this and it finally reaches the Pincha Dam. Piler has multidivisional culture and Telugu language accent, because it is a center point to 2 neighbouring states Karnataka (KA), Tamil Nadu(TN). Easily accessible to big cities like Chennai and Banglore. Piler is having a big role in terms of agriculture, education, commercial and political.
