It is not the worst, but also not the best. SPIDER-MAN 3 is a good movie. But this movie seems to be crowded. For example, the VENOM plot was added because the studio wanted to do so. But keeping other things aside, it is a good movie.

It was alright. The venom design was terrible he was written poorly 4/10. But hey atleast we got the greatest meme ever.... Bully Maguire.
