Internet service is good but customer service is not good.

Pathetic speed of MTNL broadband connection which is full of latency. The connectivity drops after every second and it has most pathetic customer service in India.

The speed of the unlimited broadband is slow at times particularly during the last week of every month.

Internet Speed is good but not satisfied by customer service.
