Wonderful service and internet speed network stability is also good

I have been experienced the worst customer service ever with jio care. . Agents are not professional and well trained or are not eligible working as cs. . Every agent give you different unrelated response. . They can check Re: Reference ID SR00000CORX8 [#9944314]

Even uninors 2g is most of the time works faster than jio.. Better to buy real 4g not fake 4g speed if jio.. . Bsnl is better than jio if jio doing so .

Jio is the best network in my area. It gives Gud speed. At night it goes about 20mbps/ sec. And it is cheaper network I think. It's it Jio rocks.

I think jio speed was not increased as the customer care was told and even we cant watch YouTube videos without buffering some time call not connection on other network.

Earlier it was great to contact jio helpline.. But now it's not that good experience.

The company giving high speed net service only. Other services like free voice call etc. are not available. I have communicated with Jio Care but in vain. Voice call through net service is only available. I shall discontinue Jio.

I'm finding that in Shimla, Rishikesh, and even Dharamsala, Jio is easily the fastest download speeds!
