TATA Sky is a direct broadcast satellite television provider in India. Is a joint venture between the Tata Group, that owns 60% and STAR Group that owns a 30% . Tata Sky was incorporated in 2004 but was launched only in 2006. It currently offers close to 196 channels (as of december 2010) and some interactive ones; this count includes some numbers off HD channels offered by Tata Sky (as Tata Sky-HD) and interactive services also.In October 2008, Tata Sky announced launching of DVR service Tata Sky+ which allowed 90 hours of recording in a MPEG-4 compatible Set Top Box. The remote is provided with playback control keys and is being sold with special offers for existing suscribers. After 2011, TATA Sky+ started selling only HD Version of TATA Sky+ know known as TATA Sky+ HD.

Afzalgarh is a city and a municipal board in Bijnor district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is located at the border with the state of Uttrakhand.

Historically a town of British India, it was founded in mid-eighteen century by a local leader named Nawab Afzal Ali Khan, who also built a fort in the area, which was dismantled after the Indian Rebellion of 1857. In 1901, Afzalgarh had a population of 6,474.
As of 2001 India census, Afzalgarh had a population of 24,954. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Afzalgarh has an average literacy rate of 49%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 59% of the males and 41% of females literate. 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.
