I bought Standard definition connection.
The installation guy told that the building wire is bad, so we had to get a temporary wire though balcony. The installation guy was bad and was not ready to do clipping/wall mounting for wire. The total wire used for 38 m. Since 10 m is free, Need to pay 28 m * 12 which is 330 rs extra.

I ordereed my Tata Sky from Komparify around 4 o'clock in evening and I think i will get it by the next afternoon session.
Same i think, after my ordered complete. I got a message from Komparify that ur installation will complate after two days.
But surprisingly after 1 hour I again got a messege that ur installation is schedule after 1 hour and get it install within 30 Mins.

Tata Sky set top Box is good. The installation is good and quick.
However, once the installation is over, they give one month free connection recharge. However, they deducted rs 100 from my account. I tried to reach Tata Sky. However, after trying so many times I am unable to speak to customer service officer. Today afternoon, i hold my phone for half an hour. But their customer service number executive was busy. I was never able to connect ans speak to tata sky customer service. IF i call from my registered mobile number, i will continiously get busy tone. If i call from land line some menu option comes. But never able to speak to customer service. Worst service I have ever seen
