- 1. Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable at the Body Shop stores and website in India only.
- 2. E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products.
- 3. The Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- 4. No cash will be refunded even if the purchase value is less than the voucher value.
- 5. Unlimited E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing.
- 6. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card.
- 7. E-Gift Voucher can-not be redeemed partially.
- 8. In case of lost or missing E-vouchers no replacement would be provided.
- 9. It is mandatory to present the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing.

- 12. Any unused balance on the E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded.
