- 2. Gift Card Redemption is not allowed for FMCG / Kirana sales.
- 3. This E-Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- 4. This E-Gift Card is not valid for online purchase i.e. cannot be redeemed on VMART app or www.vmartretail.com
- 5. This E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or credit note or gift cards
- 6. This E-Gift Card cannot be revalidated once it is expired
- 7. This E-Gift Card is non-refundable and non-returnable
- 8. E-Gift card cannot be reloaded
- 9. The E-gift card is one time redeemable. i.e E-gift card cannot be used multiple times
- 10. Multiple E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in a single invoice
- 11. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer in cash or by card
- 12. The holder of this card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it.
- 13. VMRL will not be liable to issue another card in case this card is lost or stolen
- 14. VMRL shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card
- 15. VMRL reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Dispute/s subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- 16. In case of return of any or all items purchased using a card, the standard return policy of VMRL will be applicable
