Gurudev Hoysala is a 2023 Kannada-language Action Crime movie written and directed by Vijay Naagendra and produced by Karthik Gowda and Yogi. G. Raj under the banner of KRG Studios. Gurudev hoysala features Dhananjaya in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Amrutha Iyengar, Naveen Shankar, B. S. Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Anirudh Bhat and B.s. Avinash. The music was composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath. Cinematography was done by Karthik. S and editing by Deepu. S. Kumar. It was released on 30th March 2023. Gurudev Hoysala, an upright police officer, is transferred to Athani to investigate a case of a fellow missing officer. While working on the case, a young couple is brought to the station by one of his subordinates suspecting them of foul play.
