The Perfect Student is a 2011 English-language Crime Mystery movie directed by Michael Feifer. The Perfect Student was produced under the production house Renegade Pictures in collaboration with Hybrid. Nicole Johnson is a well-respected criminology professor. When one of her students is accused of the brutal slaying of her roommate, Nicole is the only person who believes she is innocent and begins to investigate the murder. The perfect student stars Natasha Henstridge in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Josie Davis, Brea Grant, Jay Pickett, Michael Bowen, Carlson Young and Alexander Dipersia. The screenplay is written by Peter Sullivan and Jeffrey Schenck. The music was composed by Marc Jovani. Cinematography was done by Denis Maloney and editing by Sean Olson. The film has a running time of 88 minutes. It was released on 21st January 2012. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Eagle Films.
