Journalist is a 2015 Korean-language Comedy Crime film written by Yeong-wook Jo and Roh Deok. The movie is directed by Deok Noh and Roh Deok. Journalist was produced under the production house Wooju Film in collaboration with Vanguard Studio. An unsuccessful journalist becomes a star in the media after he wrote an article about the memo of an unknown serial killer. As he learns that the memo was just part of a novel, he decides to cover up everything. Journalist features Jo Jung-suk in the title role along with Lee Ha-na, Lee Mi-sook, Seong-woo Bae, Kim Ee-seong, Jung Suk Jo, Ha-na Lee and Kim Eui-sung in supporting roles. The film has a running time of 125 minutes. It was released on 22nd October 2015. The film made a box office gross of 3 billion. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Lotte Entertainment.
