A meteorologist sets out to derail the top secret weather-manipulating program he mistakenly became a part of. Storm stars Luke Perry in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Martin Sheen, Robert Knott, David Moses, Alexandra Powers, Marc Mcclure and Renée Estevez.
