Angela Rose (born September 1, 1978) is an American activist known for publicizing her story of being kidnapped and sexually assaulted by Robert Koppa at age 17 in 1996 in Wauconda, Illinois. She is the founder and executive director of the nonprofit PAVE: Promoting Awareness, Victim Empowerment.
