Antonio Vargas

Carlos Antonio Vargas Guatatuca is an indigenous Quechua politician of Ecuador. He was leader of Confederación de Nacionalidades Indígenas de Ecuador (CONAIE) and Minister for Social Welfare in the Lucio Gutiérrez government.
