Bilal Ahmad Bhat (born 1 January 1989, Nigeen Bagh, Hazratbal, Srinagar, India) is an Indian Delhi-based Kashmiri journalist, author, activist, actor and a former students union president. He is the present chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Youth Civil Society.
