Bruce Joel Rubin (b. March 10, 1943, Detroit, Michigan) is a screenwriter best known for the supernatural romance, Ghost for which he won the 1991 Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. He also wrote the screenplay for the 1990 psychological thriller Jacobs Ladder.
