Caroline Pegg is an English actress. She has appeared in several television series including Holby City, Hotel Babylon, Queer as Folk, The Bill and Heartbeat. In February 2010 she appeared in the BBC soap opera EastEnders playing Sandy, the estranged mother of Dotty Cotton.
