Devika Parikh

Devika Parikh (born November 3, 1966 in Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States) is an Afro-Indian American actress, whose name means little goddess in Sanskrit. She holds a degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University.Parikh has worked in television, advertisements, film, voice work and theatre. She has guest-starred on CBS Criminal Minds; Disneys Thats So Raven; UPNs The Parkers; Bones. She also appears in the feature film Beauty Shop starring MoNique and Kellita Smith.Parikh has had recurring roles on popular television shows such as NBCs Emmy-award winning drama The West Wing; Foxs hit show 24; and Showtime drama series Resurrection Blvd..Parikh has also performed sketch comedy/improvisation with groups at the Comedy Store, the Upfront Comedy Theatre and the Underground Improv.
