Eddie Huang

Edwyn Charles Eddie Huang (born March 1, 1982) is an American author, chef, restaurateur, food personality, producer, and attorney. He co-owns BaoHaus, a Gua-Bao restaurant in the East Village of Manhattan. He previously hosted Huangs World for Viceland. Huangs autobiography, Fresh Off the Boat: A Memoir, was later adapted into a television series of the same name, which airs on ABC.
