Frank Mancuso

Frank Octavius Mancuso (May 23, 1918 – August 4, 2007) was an American professional baseball player and was a Houston City Council member for 30 years after his sports career had ended. He played as a catcher in Major League Baseball for two teams between 1944 and 1947. Listed at , 195 lb., Mancuso batted and threw right-handed.
