Maureen Jennings

Maureen Jennings (born 1939) is a Canadian writer. She was born on Eastfield Road in Birmingham, England; she spent her formative years there until emigrating to Canada at the age of seventeen with her mother.She is best known as the author of the Detective Murdoch series, which has been turned into a television series, Murdoch Mysteries.
