Neil Mendoza

Neil Francis Jeremy Mendoza (born 1959) is a British publisher and philanthropist. He has served as the provost of Oriel College, Oxford, since September 2018, as well as the UK government's Commissioner for Cultural Recovery and Renewal since May 2020.
