Oscar Provencal, also known as Inspector Bediako, is a Ghanaian veteran actor, director and producer who has contributed to the growth of the Ghanaian movie industry. He is known in the industry as Inspector Bediako because of the role he played in the investigative TV series Inspector Bediako.
