Patrick Mulligan

Patrick Mulligan (born 9 June 1912 - 21 January 1990) was the Roman Catholic Lord Bishop of Clogher in Ireland from 18 January 1970 until 7 July 1979, when he was succeeded by Joseph Duffy.
