BIOGRAPHY
Paul Warren Rieger QSO JP was Mayor of Palmerston North from 1985 to 1998. He is now deputy chairman of Horizons Regional Council.In the 1992 New Year Honours, Rieger was made a Companion of the Queens Service Order for public services.
