Shaurya Singh (born 13 November 1984) is an Indian film and television actor, writer, director and producer. He is known for portraying Todarmal in Balaji Telefilms epic love saga Jodha Akbar. His first feature film, Bhanwarey written, produced and directed by him under his banner Sudha Creations, released on 24 March 2017.Singh studied at St. Xaviers School, Delhi, Rajniwas Marg and is a Masters in Technology from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Noida along with an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University.Singh started his acting career doing cameos in TV shows and ad commercials and then was selected by Ekta Kapoor to play the character of Todar Mal in Balaji Telefilms show Jodha Akbar, telecast on Zee TV.
