Aparichita is a 1978 Kannada-language Drama Horror film written and directed by Kashinath and produced by Satyanarayana, , Kashinath, Dattaatreya and Dodayya under the banner of Shree Gayathri Arts. Prakash, a story writer, goes to a mysterious village to find his missing business partner. However, things take a turn for the worse after he learns that his partner has been murdered. Aparichita features Suresh Heblikar, Shobha, Vasudeva Rao, Mohan, Shoba, M.v. Vasudeva Rao and Srilalitha. The music was composed by L Vaidyanathan along with Ramdas Nai. Cinematography was done by B. C. Gowrishankar. It was released on 26th March 1978. At the 1979 South Filmfare Awards It won an award for Best Actress (Shubha Vedantam Raghavaiah).
