The movie is an remake of Hindi movie Golmaal (1979). A young man gets a job in a company by making the boss believe that he is a man of traditional values.When he is caught for his lies, he tries to wriggle out of the precarious situation. Asegobba messegobba stars Shiva Rajkumar in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Sudha Rani, Ambareesh, K. S. Ashwath, Shivarajkumar, Sudharani and Shruti.
