Balina Jyothi is a 1996 Kannada-language Drama Romance motion picture directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Mohanlal and R. Mohan under the banner of Pranavam Arts in collaboration with Shogun Films. Balina jyothi features Mohanlal in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Prabhu Ganesan, Tabu, Vineeth, Amrish Puri, John Kolvenbach and Nedumudi Venu. The screenplay is written by T.
