Balya sakhi stars Prem Nazir, Miss Kumari, Bahadur, Sebastian Kunju Kunju Bhagavathar, T.s. Muthaiah, Adoor Pankajam and Kumari Thankam. The screenplay is written by K. P. Kottarakkara.
