Barumbado is a 1990 Tagalog-language Action movie written by Willy Milan and Humilde 'meek' Roxas. The movie is directed by Willy Milan and Willie Milan and produced by Roberto U. Genova and Lorena S. Duran under the banner of Double M Productions. A young hoodlum (Robin Padilla) spawned and raised by a tough neighborhood goes out looking for love and an escape from the harsh realities of everyday life. Barumbado features Robin Padilla in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Pinky De Leon, Isabel Rivas, Michael De Mesa, Lani Lobangco, Ernie Garcia and Bomber Moran. The music was composed by Rey Valera. Cinematography was done by Joe Tutanes and editing by Ruben Natividad. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₱16 million.
