Billa II is a 2012 Tamil-language Action Drama movie written by Eric Felberg, Chakri Toleti, Sarath Mandava, Jaffer Mohammad and Ee. Raa. Murugan. The movie is directed by Chakri Toleti and produced by Sunir Kheterpal, Suresh Balaje and George Pius under the banner of Wide Angle Creations in collaboration with IN Entertainment. Small-time diamond smuggler David befriends Goa-based gangster Abbasi. But when David begins to build inroads with an international gangster, Abbasi is not happy. Soon the two turn into bitter rivals. Billa ii stars Ajith Kumar in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Vidyut Jammwal, Rohit Khurana, Sudhanshu Pandey and Vidyut Jamwal. The screenplay is written by Chakri Toleti, Sarath Mandava and Jaffer Mohammed. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Cinematography was done by R. D. Rajasekhar and editing by Suresh Urs. The movie has a running time of 127 minutes. It was released on 13th July 2012. Billa II was made on a budget of ₹65 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹55 crore.
