Chaos Theory is a 2008 English-language Comedy Drama movie written by Daniel Taplitz and Kathy Gori. The movie is directed by Marcos Siega and produced by Barbara Kelly, Frederic Golchan and Erica Westheimer under the banner of Castle Rock Entertainment in collaboration with Lone Star Film Group. The story of an obsessively organized efficiency expert whose life unravels in unexpected ways when fate forces him to explore the serendipitous nature of love and forgiveness. Chaos theory stars Ryan Reynolds in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Stuart Townsend, Emily Mortimer, Sarah Chalke, Mike Erwin, Constance Zimmer and Matreya Fedor.
