Crazy Boy is a 2016 Kannada-language Action Comedy film written by Ajay Kumar and directed by Mahesh Babu and produced by G Chandru under the banner of Durga Parameshwari Amma Films. The film brings in the collage of colours in a college, while exploring friendship, hatred, revenge, all blending into a family drama. The boy meets girl story revolves around Arjuna (Dilip Prakash), the son of a garage owner, studying in Achraya College. He meets Nandini (Ashika), the daughter of a rich businessman (Ravishankar). Both develop a liking for each other which irks Nandini's brother. The plot later takes a twist and explores Arjuna's past, finally leading to his struggle to win over Nandini. Crazy boy stars Dilip Prakash in the title role along with Ashika Ranganath, Aashika Ranganath, P. Ravi Shankar, Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Anant Nag and Sudheer Km in supporting roles. The screenplay is written by Ajay Kumar. The music was composed by Jassie Gift. Cinematography was done by Shekhar Chandra and editing by K. M. Prakash. The movie has a running time of 2-30 Hours. It was released on 19th August 2016. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Jayanna Films.
