Ek Hota Vidushak is a 1992 Marathi-language Comedy motion picture written by P.l. Deshpande and directed by Jabbar Patel and produced by Nfdc, Ravi Gupta and Ravi Malik under the banner of Entertainment One in collaboration with Sony Pictures Television, Paramount Pictures, Lukas Reiter Productions, AXN Original Productions and Shaw Media. Aburao is a famous clown in Tamasha world, but will be soon addicted to the world of fame. Ek hota vidushak features Laxmikant Berde, Madhu Kambikar, Nilu Phule, Mohan Agashe, Varsha Usgaonkar, Dilip Prabhavalkar and Satish Tare. The screenplay is written by P. L. Deshpande. The music was composed by : along with Anand Modak and N. D. Mahanor. Cinematography was done by Harish Joshi and editing by Vishwas-Anil. The motion picture has a running time of 168 minutes. It was released on 9th January 1992. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Rudraa Home Video. At the 1993 National Film Awards It won an award for Best Marathi Film.
