The movie is directed by Nikhil Mahajan and produced by Jitendra Joshi, Mitali Joshi, Pavan Malu and Nikhil Mahajan. Godavari features Neena Kulkarni, Jitendra Joshi, Vikram Gokhale, Mohit Takalkar, Nina Kulkarni, Gauri Nalawade and Saniya Bhandare. The music was composed by Av Prafullachandra.
