Idi is a 2016 Malayalam-language Action Comedy film written by Arouz Irfan, Sajid Yahiya, Dr. Ajaz and Vj Arun. The movie is directed by Sajid Yahiya and produced by Vj Arun. Inspector Dawood Ibrahim who dreams of becoming a cop. His sole aim is to catch lawbreakers. The movie is all about how he fulfills his dreams. Idi stars Jayasurya in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Shivada Nair, Yog Japee, Madhupal Kannambath, Joju George, Saiju Kurup and Dominic Dom. The music was composed by Rahul Raj. It was released on 12th August 2016.
