Kalpa Vriksham is a 1978 Malayalam-language motion picture written by Chirayinkeezhu Ramakrishnan Nair and Sreekumaran Thampi. The movie is directed by J Sasikumar and J. Sasikumar and produced by T. K. K. Nambiar under the banner of Devi Jayasree Productions. Kalpa vriksham features Prem Nazir in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Jayan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Adoor Bhasi, Jayabharathi Nair, Thikkurisi Sukumaran Nair and Bhavani. The screenplay is written by Sreekumaran Thampi. The music was composed by V. Dakshinamoorthy. Cinematography was done by C. Ramachandra Menon and editing by K. Sankunni. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Devi Jayasree Productions.
