Adinarayana Rao under the banner of Anjali Pictures. Mahakavi kshetrayya stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Anjali Devi, Manjula and Kanchana Devi. The screenplay is written by C. S. Rao which is inspired from Life of Kshetrayya. The music was composed by P. Adinarayana Rao. Cinematography was done by V. S. R. Swamy and editing by Kotagiri Gopala Rao.
