Krishna Reddy and Balu Kiriyath and produced by Sri Sakthi Productions. Mayajalam stars N. F. Varghese, Srikanth Krishnamachari, Poonam Kaur, Ali, Apoorva, Ganesh Babu and Meka Srikanth. The screenplay is written by Udaykrishnan and Siby K. Thomas. The music was composed by S. P. Venkatesh. Cinematography was done by Raju Krishna and editing by K Rajagopal. It was released on 12th May 2006. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Ganga.
