Moorkhan is a 1980 Malayalam-language Action Thriller film written by Pappanamkodu Lakshmanan and directed by Joshiy and produced by Arifa Hassan For Arifa Enterprises under the banner of Arifa Enterprises. Moorkhan features Jayan in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Sathar, Pappu, Cochin Haneefa Etc., Seema Sasidaran, Balan K. Nair and Cochin Hanifa. The screenplay is written by Pappanamkodu Lakshmanan. The music was composed by A. T. Ummer. Cinematography was done by N. A. Thara and editing by K. Sankunni. It was released on 21st November 1980. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Arifa Enterprises.
