Nirala is a 1950 Hindi-language Drama Romance motion picture written by P.l. Santoshi and directed by Devendra Mukherjee. A doctor unknowingly spurns a woman who loves him, compelling her to marry a wealthy king whose three wives allegedly killed themselves. Nirala features Dev Anand, Madhubala, Mazhar Khan, Mumtaz Ali, Radhakrishan, Leela Mishra and Lala Yaqoob. The music was composed by C. Ramchandra. It was released on 1st January 1950.
