The movie is directed by Erik Matti and R. Kannan and produced by R. Kannan under the banner of Masala Pix. After their mother's death, her adult children gather in their family home to respect the funereal rite of Pa-sayim.. Pa-siyam features Atharvaa in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Megha Akash, Indhuja Ravichandran, Sathish, Rj Balaji, Upen Patel and Roderick Paulate. The music was composed by Radhan. Cinematography was done by Prasanna Kumar and editing by R.K. Selva. The film has a running time of 125 minutes.
