Padikkatha Panayar is a 1985 Tamil-language Drama film written and directed by K. S. Gopalakrishnan and produced by G. Sulochana. Padikkatha panayar stars Sivaji Ganesan, K. R. Vijaya, Y. G. Mahendra, V. K. Ramasamy, Anuradha Krishna Kumar, Shivaji Ganesan and Raghavan V.s. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja along with Ilayaraja. Cinematography was done by Dutt and editing by R. Devarajan. It was released on 15th June 1985. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Karpaga Lakshmi Pictures.
